🎸LATEST CONDITIONS TO STUDY KOREA 2022

Conditions for studying in Korea are assessed as relatively easy. Almost all of you can study abroad as soon as you graduate from high school. But you still need to learn and prepare carefully. You must meet academic, health and financial standards. Each Korean university has different conditions, but the basic requirements  share some of the following requirements:

I. CONDITIONS TO STUDY IN KOREA ON EDUCATIONAL FEMALE
1. Conditions for studying in Korea for Korean language course D4

Compulsory high school graduation.
Time to graduate from the highest degree (high school, college, university, graduate) is not more than 3 years. For those of you who graduated longer, it will be difficult to  consider the application but still have the opportunity to study in Korea.
Average score of 3 years high school transcript > 6.0. Schools prioritize high school scores and the higher you score, the more schools and top universities you will have to choose from. For the case of score < 6.0, please contact SP Global Education for advice.
The number of school holidays in 3 years of high school must not exceed 15 sessions. Some schools stipulate that the total number of holidays in 3 years of high school should

not exceed 9 sessions. If you miss more than 15 sessions, please contact SP Global Education for support.
Know basic Korean from 3 to 6 months. Those who do not know Korean can still study in Korea, but will face a great disadvantage when coming to Korea. DHS needs to have

basic listening, speaking, reading and writing knowledge to interview with schools, interview for Korean student visa and to follow the program of Korean universities.
Proficiency in Korean or English is an advantage.
High achievement in studies or competitions is an advantage

2. Conditions for studying in Korea, majoring in University D2-2
Graduate from high school within 3 years.
Average score of 3 years high school transcript > 6.5.
For those who directly enter the university major D2-2, it is necessary to have level 3 or higher or IELTS 5.5 (for the Korean program with 100% English). You should have TOPIK 4 and IELTS 6.0 to have an advantage (scholarship).
Particularly for gifted arts, they need to take a separate exam or submit a separate test at the request of the school.
Achieving high achievements in studies or competitions is an advantage.
3. Conditions for studying in Korea Master D2-3 and Doctorate D2-4
Graduated from a university in Vietnam no more than 5 years.
University GPA should be 6.5 or higher.
For those who go directly to the master’s major D2-3, it is necessary to have TOPIK level 4 or higher or IELTS 6.0 (for Korean study programs with 100% English). You should have TOPIK 5 and IELTS 6.5 to have an advantage (scholarship).
Achieving high achievements in studies or competitions is an advantage.
You can apply for another major in Vietnam if you enroll in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities such as: Economics, Management, Languages, Marketing…

II. CONDITIONS TO STUDY IN KOREA FOR HEALTH
Have enough health to study in Korea.
Do not have tuberculosis before applying for a visa with a period of 3 months. International students need to be checked at Phuoc An or Cho Ray Hospital in HCM or Hanoi Central Hospital for Tuberculosis.
If you have hepatitis B, you can still study in Korea (but when you go to school, you may be isolated at your own school).
South Korea and all other countries ban entry of people with flu-like illnesses such as H5N1, H7N2, and H7N9. Because this is a dangerous and highly contagious disease. DHS should be treated before going to study in Korea.
Visa applicants do not need to submit a Covid-19 Symptom Examination Certificate when submitting their Visa application. However, it is still required to submit the “Isolation Consent Letter” and “Health Status Confirmation” according to the form of the Embassy/Consulate.
During the epidemic period, after entering Korea, all DHS must self-isolate for 10 days (Can be in school dormitories, hotels, motels, government addresses …).
During the COVID-19 epidemic, foreigners entering Korea must present a “Corona PCR negative diagnosis certificate” valid for 72 hours from the date of departure. If you do not have a diagnosis certificate, you will be banned from entering Korea.
III. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS TO STUDY IN KOREA
Parents’ financial income to ensure their children study in Korea for at least the first year of Korean language learning ~ $9,000 to $12,000 (depending on the school). In subsequent years, DHS may work part-time to cover costs and/or get family support as needed.
Parents’ total income should be >= $1,000/month to be able to prove financial support for visa application and admission letter from the School.
For D4-1 language learning: Minimum $10,000 bank book (send 6 months in advance, minimum term 1 year).
For D2-2 University major or D2-3 Master’s degree: Minimum $20,000 in bank book (3 months in advance). If your family does not have a passbook, please contact us

– Some Korean universities are required to freeze $10,000 at Korean banks in Vietnam (Woori, Hana, Shinhan…). This condition applies to unaccredited, restricted or reviewed schools.
When submitting frozen books to some schools, it will be an advantage when considering school records. When you have a $ 10,000 frozen book, you can be exempted from the visa interview.
Some schools are required to send a freeze book of $ 10,000 whether they are in the top 1% or not
