Most schools have large campuses, fully equipped classrooms, libraries, stadiums, cafeterias… and beautiful scenery to help students study better.

Usually universities in Korea have dormitories for students, convenient for living and studying. Staying in a dormitory will help you save a lot of money compared to renting outside.

Dormitory room includes full facilities, clean and beautiful, private toilet; In addition, there is a common room and a shared kitchen. Two or three students are in the same room and

come from different countries, the main language of communication is Korean or English.

2. Living in Korea

Living life in Korea is quite high, the price is quite expensive, but in return, the facilities and services are very good. Transportation is convenient, the main means of transportation

for Koreans is bus or subway. For Vietnamese students who have never experienced taking the subway, it will take a few days to get used to it. Buses in Korea are very clean and safe,

and there is no jostling or loss of belongings like in Vietnam. You can easily travel because on each sign there are detailed instructions on the route.

The cost for a semester in the Dormitory is about 200 – 250 USD (including accommodation and meals) depending on the season and cost of living in each city. If you rent a house outside,

it will cost more, and travel and living conditions are also much more difficult than staying in a dormitory.

The cost of eating in Korea is also relatively expensive, the price of a popular meal is about 2-5 USD. Because the price of a meal is so high and the dish is not to the taste of many

Vietnamese students, you often go to the market to cook by yourself, which will both taste and save money.

Korean schools are very strict in assessing attendance so you need to attend school fully and on time.

Most Korean universities teach in Korean, so you need to have a Korean background before coming to Korea. If you are not confident, you can take a Korean language course in Korea before starting your major.
